New Feature-Uploading avatars;Shout

Hey guys, I want to introduce new features:
1.)Feature, which allows you upload directly your own avatar (max. 4MB size) without using image servers (such as imageshack, etc.).You can find it in profile administration.
2.)Feature, which is simple shout(similiar to chat).You can find it in the left (<-).See ya there
